What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card and PayPal.

Can I remove items from my shopping cart or do I just start over?

You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time. To view your shopping cart, click on the link at the top or bottom of the page. Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove, then click “recalculate.” To clear the entire cart, click the “clear” button.

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Please print your order confirmation as your receipt. A packing slip will be included with your order.

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. With our free standard delivery your order will arrive in approximately 7 to 9 days. Express deliveries are not available.

My Order hasn’t arrived. How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your requests.

Do you use cookies?

Yes, we use cookies to improve your shopping experience. A cookie is a small data file that web sites often store on your computer’s hard drive when you visit their sites. Cookies enable us to keep track of your order as you shop on our site. We use cookies but do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you turn off cookies, though, we will not be able to track your order to enable you to purchase from our site. Nor will we be able to recognize you as a registered user, which allows you to access your account information.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

An incorrect e-mail address may have been entered. Please contact us with your order confirmation number and we will confirm that your order has been placed.
